Senior Consultant Social Ads

Our world is being driven by digital and at Becker & Consulting we are at the heart of this evolution. You would use your expertise and specilised consulting skillset to help clients (middle and top management level) to solve media challenges, educate them on traffic management and generating results that allow our clients to thrive. As a member of our team, you would work on a variety of topics, applying your consulting skills to strategic paid social.

Your job will be to:

  • Developing and delivering digital marketing plans and campaigns, on time and within budget, linked to business development/sales clients plans
  • Producing key messages and writing content for a variety of customer audiences and channels (email, social media, blogs, online advertising, newsletters, pay per click etc.)
  • Overseeing company social media activity supporting business development and stakeholder engagement activity
  • Evaluating plans, campaigns and marketing activities, to help better clients
  • Analysing account structure and using this to create audits
  • Create engaging email content/newsletters to follow-up customer enquiries
  • Proactively keeping up to date with the latest paid social trends
  • Review the client brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency
  • Lead the delivery of paid media strategy for our clients and to act as a key stakeholder in the delivery of best-in-class B2C campaigns

The ideal candidate will have:

  • You’ve got at least 4 year’s experience in an paid social and Meta has no secret for you
  • A lot of what we do is very data driven so we require you to have an affinity with numbers
  • Strong sales, negotiation, deal closing and networking skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders while demonstrate problem solving skills and comfort challenging the status quo
  • You’re passionate about the digital ecosystem
  • Experience in creating blog posts, articles, emails
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Eulerian or Appsflyer
  • Must have experience managing multiple digital channels in order to support the overarching campaign strategy
