Et c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que Google a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 ces deux plateformes au sein de son nouveau dispositif : Performance Max On The Go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h3\">Waze : bien plus qu&rsquo;un GPS, un v\u00e9ritable assistant de navigation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si Google Maps est incontournable, notamment pour l&rsquo;anticipation de trajet et le d\u00e9placement pi\u00e9ton, Waze est sans doute la v\u00e9ritable star de ce nouveau dispositif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son usage quotidien, Waze est souvent pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un GPS. Pourtant, dans les faits, il s&rsquo;agit davantage d&rsquo;un assistant de navigation. La diff\u00e9rence est importante. Les utilisateurs n&rsquo;ouvrent pas uniquement Waze pour rechercher une destination. L&rsquo;application est souvent allum\u00e9e automatiquement dans la voiture, au m\u00eame titre que la radio ou la musique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les automobilistes l&rsquo;utilisent pour obtenir des informations en temps r\u00e9el sur les conditions de circulation, les \u00e9ventuels accidents, le temps de trajet ou encore les alertes routi\u00e8res. Waze accompagne le conducteur tout au long de son d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette utilisation quasi permanente sur les trajets en fait un environnement particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressant pour les marques locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h3\">Une visibilit\u00e9 locale au c\u0153ur des trajets du quotidien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois caract\u00e9ristiques font de Waze un levier int\u00e9ressant pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la visibilit\u00e9 locale et du trafic en point de vente, pouvant expliqu\u00e9 le choix de Google de l&rsquo;inclure au sein de P-Max :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Premi\u00e8rement, son usage est extr\u00eamement local et r\u00e9current. Environ 70% des trajets r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;application se font dans un rayon de 20 kilom\u00e8tres autour du domicile des utilisateurs. Il s&rsquo;agit principalement de trajets r\u00e9currents : domicile-travail, travail-domicile, domicile-\u00e9cole ou encore courses du quotidien. Pour les enseignes, cela repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 unique de toucher des consommateurs qui \u00e9voluent quotidiennement dans leur zone de chalandise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deuxi\u00e8mement, le logo affich\u00e9 sur Waze joue un r\u00f4le comparable \u00e0 celui d&rsquo;un panneau de signalisation commercial. Il s&rsquo;agit en quelque sorte de la version digitale du panneau indiquant un commerce \u00e0 la prochaine sortie. Cette logique est renforc\u00e9e par un chiffre particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur : plus de 50% des itin\u00e9raires d\u00e9clench\u00e9s sur Waze ont pour destination un commerce ou un point de vente. Le logo devient alors un v\u00e9ritable outil de pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit, visible au moment m\u00eame o\u00f9 les consommateurs sont en d\u00e9placement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troisi\u00e8mement, Waze b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un contexte d&rsquo;attention assez unique. Les chiffres r\u00e9cents sont particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs (data <a href=\"https:\/\/business.google.com\/fr\/google-ads\/\">Google<\/a>) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plus de 20% d&rsquo;impressions de fiches Google Business Profile en organique et en sponsoris\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus de 30% d&rsquo;itin\u00e9raires d\u00e9clench\u00e9s via le bouton \u00ab\u00a0Direction\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que sur le deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2025, compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2024, les fiches \u00e9tablissements ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une croissance significative de leur visibilit\u00e9. Cela repr\u00e9sente des dizaines de millions d&rsquo;impressions par jour et plusieurs millions d&rsquo;itin\u00e9raires g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s quotidiennement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h3\">Performance Max On The Go : nouveau produit du marketing local<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Performance Max On The Go a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme une solution d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux magasins, r\u00e9seaux et franchis\u00e9s souhaitant g\u00e9n\u00e9rer davantage de visites en point de vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif n&rsquo;est pas de remplacer les autres dispositifs marketing, mais de devenir une couche permanente de visibilit\u00e9 locale. La mise en place de Performance Max On The Go repose sur quelques principes simples :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 s&rsquo;assurer que les fiches Google Business Profile sont correctement configur\u00e9es et reli\u00e9es \u00e0 Google Ads. On pense qu&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d&rsquo;adapter votre budget \u00e0 votre saisonnalit\u00e9 en regardant les volumes de ventes en boutiques, et en prenant en compte votre strat\u00e9gie marketing globale pour se positionner (ou non) sur les p\u00e9riodes promophiles. En revanche, nous recommandons effectivement d&rsquo;attendre plusieurs semaines afin d&rsquo;identifier si le produit est un succ\u00e8s pour vous.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h3\">Un nouvel \u00e2ge du marketing local<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution est claire : Google ne consid\u00e8re plus les fiches \u00e9tablissements comme de simples annuaires num\u00e9riques. Elles deviennent d\u00e9sormais de v\u00e9ritables actifs marketing capables de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la visibilit\u00e9 sur des supports adapt\u00e9es, des itin\u00e9raires, des appels et surtout des visites en magasin, encore plus qu&rsquo;avec Performance Max for Store Goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici Google r\u00e9unit Search, Maps et Waze au sein d&rsquo;un m\u00eame dispositif orient\u00e9 vers un objectif unique : transformer les recherches locales et les d\u00e9placements quotidiens en trafic physique pour les points de vente.
