Sans l&rsquo;acceptation des cookies il est plus compliqu\u00e9 d&rsquo;estimer ce qui fonctionne et de nourrir les algorithmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Les cookies restent tr\u00e8s importants pour le paid media<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la fin de l\u2019utilisation progressive des cookies tiers \u00e0 des cons\u00e9quences importantes sur : (1) la <strong>mesure de la performance<\/strong> des campagnes publicitaires, (2) <strong>la baisse de la capacit\u00e9 de suivi <\/strong>sur les sites web, (3) la <strong>diminution de la pr\u00e9cision des ciblages publicitaires<\/strong> et (4) l\u2019<strong>inflation des co\u00fbts de diffusion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela r\u00e9sulte assez logiquement par une donn\u00e9e moins nombreuse, complexifiant l&rsquo;analyse des comportements utilisateur sur le web par les algorithmes. Leur pilotage devient plus compliqu\u00e9 et donc moins performant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">4 solutions \u00e0 mettre en place pour limiter cet impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diff\u00e9rents moyens existent pour limiter cela, et assurer plus de remont\u00e9es de donn\u00e9e. On recommande de mettre en place cette liste de 4 solutions :\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conversion API<\/strong> : pour se passer des cookies et connecter son site directement aux serveurs de r\u00e9gies publicitaire social paid (server-side). Vous pouvez installer conversion API via diff\u00e9rents moyens, les plus communs \u00e9tant via un plugin, via Google Tag Manager (server-side) ou manuellement (direct). Plus d&rsquo;information <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/business\/help\/433493041367251?id=818859032317965\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sur cet article<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enhanced Conversion Google Ads<\/strong> : l\u2019\u00e9quivalent du tracking server-side du Social Paid, mais pour le Search Paid (on se passe donc aussi ici des cookies). Ici, d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;un utilisateur effectue une action de conversion, des donn\u00e9es personnelles sont collect\u00e9es depuis le site web de l&rsquo;annonceur \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents champs comme l&rsquo;e-mail, le nom, la date de naissance ou l&rsquo;adresse. Google les crypte (via SHA256) et les transmet \u00e0 ses serveurs pour trouver une correspondance et attribuer la conversion. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consent Mode<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est la mod\u00e9lisation des conversions par les internautes ayant refus\u00e9 les cookies (Google par exemple va regarder si la m\u00eame adresse IP continue sa navigation sur le site, \u00e0 quel moment il le fait, depuis quel navigateur, et estime ainsi s&rsquo;il s\u2019agit du m\u00eame internaute ou non pour simuler ses actions de conversion). Il essaie ainsi de modeler les conversions qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas pu mesurer en utilisant des signaux autres que les cookies. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;optimisation de votre CMP <\/strong>: si le refus des cookies est probl\u00e9matique, faire baisser ce KPI de refus peut \u00eatre une solution. Via votre CMP (consent management platform) qui vous sert \u00e0 g\u00e9rer votre banni\u00e8re de consentement, vous pouvez effectuer des A\/B Tests afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre taux de consentement, et donc de favoriser la remont\u00e9e des cookies. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Aller plus loin avec les Marketing Mix Modeling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conversion API bien que pratique, doit n\u00e9anmoins obtenir un consentement utilisateur, non pas pour utiliser les cookies mais pour partager les donn\u00e9es utilisateurs. Il reste n\u00e9anmoins assez efficace puisque, li\u00e9 au pixel il am\u00e8ne meilleur pilotage algorithme notamment. En attendant d&rsquo;impl\u00e9menter ces solutions, l&rsquo;optimisation de la CMP doit \u00eatre une piste \u00e0 explorer pour une mesure en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autrement, les <strong>marketing mix models<\/strong> (MMM) peuvent \u00eatre une autre solution dans un univers sans cookies car ils analysent l&rsquo;impact global des canaux marketing (digital, TV, radio, etc) sur les ventes sans n\u00e9cessiter de donn\u00e9es individuelles. Respectueux de la vie priv\u00e9e et conformes aux r\u00e9glementations, les MMM utilisent des donn\u00e9es agr\u00e9g\u00e9es et historiques (temporalit\u00e9, saisonnalit\u00e9, activations pass\u00e9es, etc) pour identifier les tendances \u00e0 long terme.
