Tr\u00e8s critiqu\u00e9e pour le mauvais d\u00e9ploiement de son offre e-commerce, l\u2019enseigne a \u00e9galement mal g\u00e9r\u00e9 la disparition des barri\u00e8res entre le magasin offline et online, en d\u00e9laissant compl\u00e8tement le phygital. Alors, comment les retailers peuvent tirer parti d\u2019un tel \u00e9chec et faire le pont entre le monde physique et digital? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Une concr\u00e9tisation de l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La course \u00e0 l\u2019unification du magasin physique et virtuel a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9. Les strat\u00e9gies omnicanales qui se d\u00e9veloppent depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es sont en plein bouleversement depuis l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un nouvel entrant&nbsp;: l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle.&nbsp;<strong>L\u2019analyse pr\u00e9dictive que permet l\u2019IA&nbsp;<\/strong>aide \u00e0 accompagner les marques lors de prises de d\u00e9cision, mais aussi de pr\u00e9dire les futures actions des consommateurs et enfin faciliter le parcours d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses entreprises (dont&nbsp;<em>Walmart<\/em>, annonc\u00e9 il y a quelques mois) s\u2019appuient ainsi sur <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/fr-fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"underline-blog\">Azure<\/a> pour d\u00e9velopper des offres de magasins-sans-caisses. C\u2019est \u00e9galement le cas pour <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.avaretail.ai\/avaretail\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"underline-blog\">AVA Retail<\/a>, qui associ\u00e9 \u00e0 <em>MasterCard<\/em>, permet une exp\u00e9rience plus fluide. Ces applications de deep-learning appliqu\u00e9es aux produits, mais aussi \u00e0 la reconnaissance faciale, permettent de litt\u00e9ralement&nbsp;<strong>supprimer une des principales friction en boutique physique<\/strong>&nbsp;: \u00e0 savoir les caisses et leur file d\u2019attente. Les clients identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du magasin gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur smartphone n\u2019ont plus qu\u2019\u00e0 faire leurs courses normalement. Combin\u00e9 \u00e0 une IA, il est possible de g\u00e9rer les prix produits en fonction de diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res comme le moment de la journ\u00e9e ou les stocks disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019utilisation de bots complexes s\u2019est \u00e9galement fortement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, et malgr\u00e9 le nombre d\u2019articles consid\u00e9rables traitant de ce sujet, on remarque qu\u2019ils ne sont pas encore si r\u00e9pandus qu\u2019il n\u2019y para\u00eet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote is-style-default has-medium-font-size\"><blockquote><p>16% des marketeurs ont mis en place un chatbot pour leur marque<\/p><cite><em>\u00c9tude de&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/do-you-dream-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>L\u2019Observatoire des Chatbots<\/em><\/a><em>, octobre 2017.<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce chiffre met en \u00e9vidence que la promesse quant \u00e0 l\u2019utilit\u00e9 du chatbot a peut-\u00eatre \u00e9tait sur-vendue&nbsp;il y a quelques ann\u00e9es. N\u00e9anmoins il est aujourd\u2019hui plus qu\u2019un simple algorithme, et peut d\u00e9sormais consulter le catalogue produit ainsi que les inventaires de mani\u00e8re instantan\u00e9. C\u2019est par exemple le cas de&nbsp;<strong>Cami<\/strong>, le chatbot de&nbsp;<em><a class=\"underline-blog\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/dixons-carphone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dixons Carphone<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;disponible en permanence sur le site de l\u2019enseigne et sur&nbsp;Facebook Messenger. Il a l\u2019avantage de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux clients et d\u2019avoir la capacit\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>d\u2019\u00e9pauler les \u00e9quipes en magasin<\/strong>, ils n\u2019ont ainsi plus besoin d\u2019interrompre une conversation client pour aller v\u00e9rifier une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. C\u2019est \u00e9galement un moyen d\u2019<strong>analyser en temps r\u00e9el les demandes clients<\/strong>&nbsp;pour pr\u00e9dire quels sont les produits qui vont \u00eatre les plus vendus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Une th\u00e9\u00e2tralisation des boutiques physique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement de ces nouvelles technologies permet \u00e9galement de raconter une histoire encore plus forte avec un prolongement de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience in-store plus pouss\u00e9e, mais aussi de d\u00e9velopper la partie Web to Store. Voir, de faire monter en gamme l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en boutique et donc attirer davantage une client\u00e8le premium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des dispositifs phare phygital de cette ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 le&nbsp;Click&amp;Collect, le client ach\u00e8te en ligne et r\u00e9cup\u00e8re son article en magasin, sans payer de frais de port. Toujours dans l\u2019e-r\u00e9servation, il est aussi&nbsp;<strong>possible de r\u00e9server un article en ligne avant de passer en magasin le r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer<\/strong>, sans obligation d\u2019achat. Pourtant, ces diff\u00e9rentes solutions ne r\u00e9solvent pas les probl\u00e8mes de stocks ou de disponibilit\u00e9 du personnel, qui peuvent \u00eatre une source de friction pour les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote is-style-default\"><blockquote><p>87% des clients ne prennent pas la peine de chercher un vendeur et quittent le magasin si un article n\u2019est pas disponible<\/p><cite><em>\u00c9tude de&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/sapio-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Sapio Research<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;pour le compte de&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/zetes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Zetes<\/em><\/a><em>, juin 2017.<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re solution pour pallier ce probl\u00e8me est de mieux pr\u00e9dire ses stocks, avec des outils comme&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dynamics.microsoft.com\/fr-be\/retail\/capabilities\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"underline-blog\">Microsoft Dynamics<\/a>&nbsp;qui permettent de g\u00e9rer le merchandising. Miser sur du Store to Web est une id\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante, et c\u2019est ce qu\u2019a choisi de faire <a class=\"underline-blog\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/auchan\/?originalSubdomain=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Auchan<\/a> en transformant certains rayons en espaces showroom. On y trouve des \u00e9crans tactiles permettant de passer commande ou appeler un conseiller. Ils permettent in-fine de se servir de la data r\u00e9colt\u00e9e pour encore une fois, mieux pr\u00e9dire les intentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, ces processus d\u2019achats peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement simplifi\u00e9s, et c\u2019est ce qu\u2019a fait <a class=\"underline-blog\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/macy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Macy\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0pour ces f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e avec le\u00a0<strong>paiement direct en rayon<\/strong>. C\u2019est un bel exemple de compr\u00e9hension client qui peut directement, depuis l\u2019application de la marque, <strong>scanner le code barre produit et payer avec son mobile<\/strong> (sa carte bancaire \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 enregistr\u00e9e sur son compte client).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Cot\u00e9 digital, Meta et Google pousse l&rsquo;innovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La tendance actuelle chez les GAFAM consiste \u00e0 int\u00e9grer l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle dans leurs gestionnaires de comptes publicitaires pour optimiser les campagnes et am\u00e9liorer les performances. Ils utilisent l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/beckerandconsulting.com\/en\/blog\/intelligence-artificielle-adapter-creas-facebook-instagram\/\" class=\"underline-blog\">IA pour automatiser la cr\u00e9ation<\/a>, le ciblage et l&rsquo;ajustement des annonces en temps r\u00e9el, en se basant sur des donn\u00e9es massives et des algorithmes avanc\u00e9s.
